NEWSLETTER JUNE TO OCTOBER 2024

A few administrative reminders:

To all our WISe.ART early onboarders who opened wallets with CSPR (Casper), please note that we are in the process of redeveloping our platform with many exciting new features. However, it is imperative now that you also open a new wallet on Metamask with ETH and connect it to your existing profile along side CSPR. We will help you move your valuable art pieces to the new wallet. Please ask us for our tutorial videos if you require assistance.

Remember also that WISe.ART is an ambassador of the .ART domain and that as such artists and collectors alike can benefit for webmaster assistance and the domain name .art for free for the first 12 months. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you are interested in creating a new .art website for your collections.

Last but not least, remember to inform us of your activities so we can support you as a platform for your art, with social media communication. We love to hear about your projects.

Now let’s get to business. We have been busy and are proud to share with you what we’ve been up to.

June 2024: A Month of Global Sustainability and Artistic Innovation Collaboration with The Hashgraph Association

The WISe.ART platform, developed by WISeKey SA in collaboration with Hedera Hashgraph, harnesses the power of blockchain to guarantee the security of both artists and collectors. Each digital artwork on WISe.ART is linked to a unique digital certificate in the form of an NFT, which holds verifiable information such as the artist’s identity, the work’s origin, and its transaction history.

This information is securely stored on the blockchain—a distributed, immutable ledger—ensuring that the data remains tamper- proof. The NFT acts as a digital token that proves ownership of the artwork, enabling seamless transfer, sale, or trading of the piece with complete transparency.

Collectors benefit from these innovations, as NFTs guarantee the authenticity and provenance of each artwork, fostering greater trust within the digital art market. This technology not only protects the integrity of digital art but also opens up new avenues for artists and collectors to engage with the art world in a secure, transparent, and innovative way.

WISe.ART is proud to be at the forefront of this digital revolution, using NFTs and blockchain to create a secure and trustworthy ecosystem for the global art community.

We are forging strategic collaborations with The Hashgraph Association, which serves as a key investor. Together, we are spearheading initiatives to bring world-renowned artists onto the WISe.ART platform while supporting philanthropic causes. Under the artistic leadership of Sixtine Crutchfield, WISe.ART has already raised funds for charity at various prestigious events across Monaco, Vatican City, Rome, Geneva, and other renowned venues.
