The subject matter refers to my central interest and fascination with our classic culture heritage and its intricate and meaningful richness of symbolism, beliefs, metaphors, allegories. In there I find an eternal treasure cove with so many layers concerning all the important aspects of the human condition. Something I find is both timeless and empirical and therefore both needed and certainly contemporary. The physical oil painting is delivered on a crossmember style stretcher-frame. It comes without decorative framing, however it has been meticulously finished around the edges -enabling a frame or no frame option for the collector.
