After years of shooting my environment in Black and White, I felt the need to focus on something different; instead of hitting the streets in search of ‘the moment’, I decided I wanted to bring the moment  into my studio  -I wanted color, movement and perhaps a bit of controversy and a touch of frivolity. My intention was neither creating another feminist nor a male vs. female collection as it may seem at first glance and therefore it should not be interpreted as such. Each image is independent within itself and, through a series of symbols, carries its own message while allowing room for personal interpretation.  The collection as a whole is connected by the same excogitation.
