Global insect populations are rapidly declining—over 40% of species are shrinking, and about one-third face extinction. This “bug apocalypse” is driven by habitat loss, pesticide use, climate change, and pollution. I began working with AI-generated art in 2023, evolving earlier digital pieces. Here, I reinterpreted a Kniff Art work with insect associations. I have long given my art away for free; this piece supports the artist.
