Go Down Moses, Freedom of Expression: The experimental video begins with a citation from the finale of Louis Armstrong’s interpretation of the eponymous African American spiritual, which describes the Hebrew exodus. It specifically draws from the Book of Exodus 5:1: "And the LORD spoke unto Moses, Go unto Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me," where God commands Moses to demand the release of the Israelites from bondage in Egypt. The video then continues as a collage of different visual and musical elements.
