Porrima is the experimental solar vessel, the first to sail around the world with solar power only (2010-2012). By July 2022 these solar panels have powered the ship more than 100,000 nautical miles. These solar panels powered Porrima delivering a proof of concept that renewable energy is the future for maritime transport.
